Covid - 19 and maintaining our service.
Dear customers,
I thought I would let all of our customers know of where we are with Covid-19.
We are very much open for business and we will ensure you continue to get what you need from us. Rest assured we have contingencies in place to ensure that it’s business as usual and we see this as a challenge to see how we can improve efficiency further.
We are working on the idea that at any time over the next few months we may be at 50% staffing, so planning and preparation will be key.
To this end, may we ask that you try to give as much notice of your requirements as possible and, particularly when it comes to off hiring, please give 24 hours advanced warning.
