WHY TAKE THIS COURSE?
This one-day introduction into Behavioural Safety, develops candidates understanding and allows them to consider the potential consequences of their actions and unsafe behaviours, not just for the individual, their family, their colleagues, and the workplace.
Positive reinforcement of good behaviours will encourage people that may not yet have the same vision as the organisation or department. The training will develop understanding of safety interactions from any team member as a positive step to reduce incidents.
The 4safety Behavioural Safety training is aimed at

Near miss reporting is a positive step to reduce accidents and should be applauded. They should be used as a learning opportunity to develop the systems, procedures and to highlight any skills and knowledge gaps and any areas that personnel require mentoring to support them in their understanding of the task. The reporting will also encourage a happy and engaged workforce, as well as complying with the Health and Safety Law.
Course Information
CoaCHING AND DevelopMENT
The course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based coaching and group discussions.
This non-equipment based course can normally accommodate up to 6 candidates.
As with all of our courses, we ask if the candidates can read and understand English. We can provide a translator for the entire course or just for the theory if necessary, but there is an extra charge and we need to know this at the booking stage.
CERTIFICATION
Upon successfully completing the course you will be awarded a 4safety certificate.

Novice: 1 day
Re-certification: 1 day
