All of our vehicles can be taken off island.  Additional charges may apply for foreign use and proof of address is required.

Short and long term rentals are available on very flexible options. 

drivers must be over 25 years old and under 75 years old - you must bring the following:

• Driver’s valid full Jersey/UK/EU driving license which has been held for more than 12 months (additional drivers may be added – maximum of 3 per contract)
• Credit/Debit card – required to process a pre-authorization of £1200 as an insurance excess cover – this is not a payment, but is held by the card provider and shall be released upon the return of the vehicle, undamaged.  Depending on the card provider this can take up to 3 business days

Hire Details

• Vehicle hire starts at point of collection – time and date
• Vehicle will have a full tank of fuel/fully charged if electric
• Vehicle should be returned with a full tank of fuel, otherwise a fuel charge be applied
• Mileage allowance of 100 miles per day – extra mileage will be charged at 10p/mile +GST
• Pre-authorization - this is not a payment and is not held by 4 Hire Ltd but the driver’s card provider and length of time held before funds are released is dependent on them
