WHY TAKE THIS COURSE?
This 2 hour, Jersey Safety Council (JSC) Worker Engagement session on Behavioural Safety, develops candidates understanding and allows them to consider the potential consequences of their actions and unsafe behaviours, not just for the individual, their family, their colleagues, and the workplace.
These sessions are aimed at the smaller business, that employ less than 5 employees and the owner attends with their colleagues or where a business wants an independent person to deliver the common JSC message
Candidates will need to have purchased the cards from the Jersey Safety Council via their website

COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT
The course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based coaching and group discussions.
It is strongly recommended that the employer attends with their team
As with all of our courses, we ask if the candidates can read and understand English. We can provide a translator for the entire course or just for the theory if necessary, but there is an extra charge and we need to know this at the booking stage.
